Never double-billed
Once a Zoho Desk time entry is imported into FreshBooks, it's recorded in a permanent ledger and automatically excluded from every future pull.
How it works
Every real (non-dry-run) import writes a record tying the Zoho time entry to the FreshBooks time entry it created. The next time FreshZync pulls tickets, already-imported entries are flagged and can't be selected again — even if the same ticket shows up in a later pull, from a different browser tab, or from a repeated request.
Validation happens server-side at import time too, not just in the dashboard — so a duplicate can't slip through from a stale page a teammate left open.
Dismiss without importing
Not every ticket with logged time is billable. You can dismiss an entry to remove it from view without creating a FreshBooks time entry — dismissed entries can be restored later if you change your mind.
