Current stage of the product
FreshZync is currently in an early-access / waitlist stage. This policy covers the information we collect through this website today. Before FreshZync opens for paid onboarding — at which point it will connect to your FreshBooks and Zoho Desk accounts and process real billing data — this policy will be updated to specifically address that data, and you will be able to review it before connecting any account.
Information we collect today
Through the waitlist and contact forms on this site, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Company name (optional)
- Whether you currently use FreshBooks and/or Zoho Desk (optional)
- Any message or notes you choose to submit
We do not collect payment information, FreshBooks credentials, or Zoho Desk credentials at this stage — there is no live product to connect to yet.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your message, notify you when early access opens, and understand demand for the product (for example, how many waitlist signups already use both FreshBooks and Zoho Desk). We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Spam protection
Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information (such as your browser and IP address) to verify you're not a bot, per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Data retention
Waitlist and contact submissions are retained until early access opens and outreach is complete, or until you ask us to delete your information — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@freshzync.com.
