Scope of these terms
These terms currently govern your use of the FreshZync website and waitlist, operated by Y'all Tech Studios. FreshZync's paid product is not yet available. When early access opens, these terms will be replaced with a full Terms of Service covering the FreshZync application, its subscription plans, and its connections to your FreshBooks and Zoho Desk accounts — you'll be asked to accept those terms separately before onboarding.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for paid service and does not guarantee access to FreshZync, pricing, or a specific launch date. Any “early-access pricing” referenced on this site is offered at our discretion to waitlist members once onboarding opens.
No affiliation
FreshZync is an independent tool built by Y'all Tech Studios. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FreshBooks (2ndSite Inc.) or Zoho Corporation. “FreshBooks” and “Zoho Desk” are trademarks of their respective owners.

Content on this site — including pricing figures, feature descriptions, and screenshots — describes FreshZync as currently planned and may change before general availability. We'll do our best to keep it accurate, but it does not constitute a binding offer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to submit the waitlist or contact forms in an automated or abusive way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves from waitlist to early access to general availability. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
