Why isn't this priced per technician?
Your techs log time in Zoho Desk, but only your billing admin ever opens FreshZync. Pricing by connected org and monthly sync volume means a 15-tech shop with one billing admin doesn't pay 15x more than a 2-person shop.
What counts as a "synced time entry"?
Each individual Zoho Desk time entry that gets imported into FreshBooks counts once, whether it's a review-and-approve import or a later re-sync. Dry runs never count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
On Starter, imports pause with an upgrade prompt once you hit the monthly cap. On Growth, you're billed a small per-entry overage instead of being blocked. Pro has no entry limit.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial with full access, including your real FreshBooks and Zoho Desk connections in dry-run mode, so you can verify the mapping before anything goes live.
