What dry run does
Connect your real FreshBooks and Zoho Desk accounts and pull real tickets — the exact payload FreshZync would send to FreshBooks is shown to you instead of being posted. A clearly visible “DRY RUN” banner stays on screen the entire time, so there's no ambiguity about whether you're in a trial or live.
Nothing is written to the dedup ledger during a dry run, so you can repeat it as many times as you want while you get comfortable with the mapping and review flow — with zero risk to your real FreshBooks data.
Going live
When a dry-run payload looks right, flip a single setting to start logging real time entries. Going live never touches historical dry-run activity — the ledger only ever tracks real imports.
