FreshZync connects each Zoho Desk account to the right FreshBooks project — automatically where it can, and remembering your choice where it can't.
Automatic matching
If a FreshBooks project title exactly matches a Zoho Desk account name (case-insensitive), FreshZync selects it automatically — no setup required. This is recomputed on every dashboard load, so renaming a project in FreshBooks to match your client naming picks it up on the very next refresh.
Manual mapping when names don't match
When there's no exact match — a different naming convention, a client with multiple projects — pick the right FreshBooks project from a searchable dropdown. That mapping is saved per Zoho account and reused automatically going forward. Manual mappings always take priority over auto-matching.
Service labels
Each entry is tagged with a FreshBooks service — typically “Onsite Support” or “Remote Support” — also remembered per account, so recurring tickets from the same client keep landing on the correct line item.
