Review before it's sent

FreshZync pulls candidate time entries from Zoho Desk and stops — nothing reaches FreshBooks until a person reviews it and clicks Import.

What you can edit, per entry

  • Hours

    Correct rounding or a mis-logged duration before it becomes a line item.

  • FreshBooks project

    Search and pick the right project if auto-matching didn't find one.

  • Service label

    "Onsite Support" or "Remote Support" — set per entry, remembered per account.

  • Note

    Adjust the description that appears on the FreshBooks time entry.

Why this is the whole point of the product

A fully automated Zoho-to-FreshBooks sync sounds convenient until it logs the wrong hours against the wrong client on autopilot. FreshZync is deliberately not that. The review step is what catches a mis-logged ticket, a wrong project match, or a service label that doesn't apply — before it becomes a real time entry on a real invoice.

There is no unattended, cron-triggered path from Zoho to FreshBooks. Every logged hour requires a human to look at the entry and click Import.
